Muscle Energy Technique [injury specific; combining soft tissue release with graded active motion of client and therapist]

Chair Massage [targeted to head, neck, back, shoulders and arms over clothing]

Infrared Sauna Wrap [soothing low infrared technology, melt away aches and pains, support deeper sleep, boost energy and lift mood, cleanse toxins by sweat]

Hot Stone [smooth, flat, heated stones placed on specific parts of the body to relax and ease tension in muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout the body

Cupping [special cups are placed on areas of restriction to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and deep tissue release]

Aromatherapy [use of Doterra essential oils that may be inhaled, diffused, and absorbed through the skin to aid in concentration, relaxation, pain and various ailments]

Graston [soft-tissue instrument-assisted mobilization to target areas of adhesion, scar tissue, and reduce chronic and acute pain]

Paraffin Bath $15 [heated wax to soothe sore joints and muscles around hands]
